• March 27th:Arrive Milan, travel to Venice

• March 28th: Venice• March 29th: Travel to Florence via

Verona• March 30th: Florence• March 31st: Travel to Rome via Assisi• April 1st: Rome• April 2nd: Travel to Sorrento via

Pompeii• April 3rd: Travel to Rome via Capri• Saturday, April 4th: Depart Rome for

Washington

Price$3,260 This can all be paid online through

Explorica. Additional Expenses:

$100 Price of Passport (Normal processing time)

$80 Gratuity for Tour Leader and Bus Driver

$3,440 Grand Total (This does not include spending money)

• $99 deposit will be due at time of enrollment

Payment Options• PAY IN FULL

– Entire balance upon registration– Payments by check or credit card

• AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS– $99 Membership Fee & any selected travel protection costs at

registration – Balance divided into equal monthly payments until 35 days prior

to departure– All payments billed automatically to your credit card or checking

account

• ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PLAN– $95 Membership Fee & any selected travel protection costs at

registration– $500 down payment 30 days after enrollment is processed– 75% of remaining balance due 110 days prior to enrollment– Final remaining balance 65 days prior to departure– Payments by check or credit card all made manually

family• Theft of passport • Flight cancellations due to strike or

Students will be committed to the following:

Things that will prohibit you from traveling:• Out of school suspension• Expulsion• Absences of 20% or more by midterms

*We expect that all students will maintain a C average or better in Italian. Averages lower than a C will necessitate a parent conference.
