Rita: È stato fantastico, vero? Lo sai che il cantante ha quasi 70 anni?
Cristiano: Eh, si vede. Mi sa che gli faceva un po’ male la schiena, hai visto che si è seduto?
Rita: Ma che c’entra? Lo ha fatto per cantare la sua canzone più famosa. Voleva creare un’atmosfera intima.
Cristiano: Beh, secondo me gli anni si fanno sentire, come per noi. Ma le loro canzoni nuove non mi piacciono. E poi il chitarrista, quello biondo, non è molto bravo.
Rita: È bravissimo, invece. Ha solo 25 anni e deve ancora fare esperienza. Ma lo sai che è un nipote del batterista?
Cristiano: Ah, cioè, vuoi dire che il batterista è suo nonno?
Rita: Ma no, scemo! È suo zio. Il figlio di sua sorella, che fa la cantante anche lei.
Cristiano: Mi confondi con tutte queste parentele. Andiamo a mangiare qualcosa? Io ho fame.

come stai? Ti scrivo questa lettera per dirti che, la settimana prossima verrò a trovarti! Finalmente! Non vedo l’ora di vederti in persona dopo tutto questo tempo e chiamate settimanali.
La scuola è finita e ho superato gli esami con ottimi voti! L'estate è finalmente arrivata e presto potrò trascorrere delle giornate in spiaggia insieme a te, Lucia e Stefano.
Penso spesso a tutte le cose che potremmo fare: andare allo zoo, fare shopping, mangiare gelati, fare lunghe passeggiate e, ovviamente, andare al mare!
In realtà ti scrivo per chiederti una cosa: posso portare con me Billy? È il mio gatto ed è molto dolce. Ti piacerà sicuramente!
Domani vado a Roma per una gita. Sono molto emozionata! Ho sempre voluto vedere il Colosseo e la Piazza San Pietro. Tu ci sei stata? Sarebbe bello averti con me!

Un estratto da due interviste con Roberto, un giovane italiano emigrato in Australia.
12 APRILE 2016
Sono in Australia da due mesi. Come il 90% dei giovani che lasciano l’Italia oggi, sono laureato. Nel mio caso ingegneria. In Italia, a causa della crisi, non c’è lavoro – così cerchiamo altrove.
L’ Australia mi piace tantissimo per le possibilità che offre. Già lavoro in un’agenzia viaggi e faccio di tutto per ottenere la residenza permanente in Australia. Sì, io proprio non voglio più tornare in Italia.

Che avventura sono stati questi tre anni, in fatti erano davvero difficili! Diciamo che non ho trovato la fortuna qui in Australia e finalmente ho deciso di ritornare in Italia. Ho scoperto di essere allergico al polline di alcune piante australiane e il clima proprio non mi va. Parto la settimana prossima!

La ricetta per lasagne
Per fare il ragù per le lasagne:
In pentola con olio EVO (cioè olio Extra Vergine Oliva) metti una cipolla a fette, una carota a pezzettini e la carne tritata. Puoi anche mettere un po’ di salsiccia. Se vuoi farla vegetariana, non mettere carne, ma aumenta la quantità delle verdure.
Fai soffriggere e metti un po’ di vino bianco. Quando si è consumato il vino, metti il sale e poi metti la passata di pomodoro. Fai cuocere a fuoco lento per almeno trenta minuti. Puoi usare questo ragù anche per condire tagliatelle all’uovo o altro tipo di pasta.
Per fare le lasagne:
In una teglia, metti sotto un po’ di ragù, poi uno strato di pasta, abbondante formaggio parmigiano, prosciutto cotto a pezzetti e formaggio Mozarella e ancora ragù. Dopo di questo un altro strato di pasta e continua come prima. L’ultimo strato, solo formaggio e ragù. Metti in forno a 180 gradi per almeno mezz’ora.

Un ricordo di una lezione di vita
Avevo quindici anni. Quasi tutti i miei amici avevano un motorino, oppure la Vespa, che era il sogno di
tutti. Io però non avevo niente. Quando i miei amici andavano al mare, oppure la sera nella zona dei bar,
dovevo prendere l’autobus o andare a piedi. Oppure sperare di essere portato da uno dei miei amici
“motorizzati”, che però preferivano portare dietro di sé, sul sellino, qualche bella ragazza. Insomma, mi
sentivo escluso.
Mio padre faceva l’elettricista e non guadagnava molto. Una sera, però, ho trovato il coraggio e gli ho
detto che volevo una Vespa, che non volevo più sentirmi escluso dai miei amici. Mia madre mi guardava
con aria critica. Mio padre ha continuato a mangiare e non ha parlato per un po’. Poi ha detto: “Hai
ragione. Hai bisogno di una Vespa. Domani mattina andiamo in un posto”.
Quella notte ho dormito bene. Ero contento della risposta di mio padre, anche se ero un po’ sorpreso. Al
mattino, dopo colazione, io e mio padre siamo usciti. Che bello! Andavamo a comprare una Vespa!
Ma dopo mezz’ora di macchina ci siamo trovati in campagna, in una fattoria. C’era un signore anziano:
un contadino. Mio padre mi ha detto: “La scuola sta per finire. Se vuoi la Vespa puoi lavorare qui,
quest’estate. Ti fai due mesi e a settembre la compri con i soldi tuoi”.
Mi veniva da piangere. Poi, però, ho detto di sì. A settembre sono andato a scuola con la mia Vespa
rossa. Comprata con i miei soldi!

Un profilo di Elena Ferrante
L’autrice italiana, Elena Ferrante è una figura sia famosa che misteriosa. Dalla pubblicazione del suo
primo romanzo, ha richiesto alla casa editrice di non rivelare la sua identità. Finora, dopo l’enorme
successo e popolarità dei suoi libri, rimane un’autrice anonima. Per di più, Ferrante è convinta che i suoi
libri non hanno bisogno di una sua foto in copertina né di presentazioni promozionali.
Misteri e incertezze fanno parte delle sue opere più recenti, i quattro libri della serie L’Amica Geniale.
Questa serie si svolge a Napoli, dov’è nata l’autrice nel 1943, e tratta del rapporto di un’amicizia
complessa fra due donne, Elena e Lila che dura 60 anni. Ferrante è appassionata nel raccontare le storie
delle donne, con le loro vite complesse e non solo viste dal punto di vista maschile.
