Outlook Organization: Folders & Rules  Create a subfolder to store the s:  Right click Inbox > New Folder  Name the folder (e.g. A Test)  Find an you’d like to set up a Rule for  Right click the > Rules > Always Move Messages From: Name  Select the new folder you created in the next pop-up  The Rule will run and all s from the name you selected will automatically be moved from the Inbox to the new folder. Any new s will also be automatically moved to this folder.

Outlook: Search Bar Click on the Search bar on the top right Enter a keyword(s) to do a basic search of your email folders For advanced searches, use the Search Tools tab to add more filters

This new tab shows up when you click on the Search bar

Right click Inbox > New Folder Name the folder (e.g. A Test)

Find an email you’d like to set up a Rule for Right click the email > Rules > Always Move

Messages From: Name Select the new folder you created in the next

pop-up

The Rule will run and all emails from the name you selected will automatically be moved from the Inbox to the new folder. Any new emails will also be automatically moved to this folder.

Outlook Organization: Manage Rules Goto HOME tab > Rules > Manage

Rules & Alerts From here, you will be able to

create new custom rules, edit them, and disable/delete existing rules
