Are you talking about Problems and Solutions

Or, Programs and Services.

2. BO

Does not stand for Body Odor;

it stands for Business Objects reporting application

3. DQ

Are you talking about Data Quality or,

are you planning lunch at Dairy Queen?

4. IRS

This isn’t the Internal Revenue Service.

It stands for Information & Referral Specialist.

5. DA

It doesn’t stand for District Attorney.

DA stands for Direct Assistance for clients.

6. DVR

Isn’t that one of those Digital Video Recorders?

Or, do you mean Dept. of Vocational Rehabilitation?

7. DOC

We mean Dinner of Champions.

or Internal Medicine?

Which do you mean?
