Title IT Project Leader for the Journal of Sustainability onFacebook

Focus Widget development, web design, organizationalmanagement

Working Hours (flexible) 3 hours/day (preferably between 14:00 to 20:00, we

Payment Rate MonthlyAbout Us The no name initiative is a not for profit media start-

up that is developing news portals embedded intonew media channels (social networks…); somethinglike being the CNN on Facebook.We wish to validate our value model byexperimenting with the creation of the Facebook Journal of Sustainability where we cover

environmental, social and corporate sustainabilitynews. The true philosophy of our work lie in three words:Simple (to organize the crowd out there by offeringthe simplest way for readers to access all their newsin one place)Meaningful (to cover things that mean to you and thereader and deserved to be spread)Win-Win-Win (working with our not-for-profit, you dosomething that is positively meaningful when you donot have to ‘starve’ at the same time as we wouldmonetize the journal; readers can be happy to payfor news and we would find the model that works; allprofits made in exception of team stipends would gointo building the model of the media company weenvision)

We are all unpaid young & passionate volunteersfrom Australia, United States, Ivory Coast but werecognized the foundation of our work is purelydigital, the reason why we are looking for a full time

Job/Task Description 1 Build outstanding widgets using the facebook APIplatform for developers, ClearSpring, OpenSocial orany other tool. (60%)

Job/Task Description 2 Build or facilitate the set up of our end-to-endinformation system which can mean answering

questions such as: what collaborations tools to useonline? What way of aggregating our content? Whatway of easy sharing? (30%)

Job/Task Description 3 Provide us with relevant input and feedback on thedesign & esthetic efforts we give to the newschannel (10%)
