Point A carefully selects members that complement one another and are aligned with our mission and overall business objectives.
Membership is divided into three tiers with different degrees of participation and financial contribution -- charter members, corporate members, and consulting members. The legal framework for membership includes provisions to protect intellectual property arising from Point A’s innovations.
A Board of Advisors made up of Point A’s charter members sets our vision and goals. Point A management oversees the operations and executes the strategic direction set by the Board of Advisors.

Point A’s space is a collaborative solution environment that welcomes interactive discussion, flexibility, experimentation, and knowledge sharing. Members can lead projects from idea development through large-scale experimentation, and use the space as their own.
