Do you do regular inspections?

Put simply yes. I make it a priority to personally visit your property every quarter, and inspect the

property inside and out! Not just a fl y by drive by! Your property manager should be visiting your

house at least four times per year, and more if your trying to fi nd a suited renter.

For me it is essential that I know your property. I like to know every detail from the colour of the walls

to the plants in the front garden so I can make sure your property only changes the way you want it to.

It’s important to know if the tenants are maintaining your property, and regular inspections are the

fi rst step to making sure no damage is done before it’s too late. We guarantee that you get regular

inspections at Wiseberry Taree.

Do I need to outlay any money?

No. There’s no reason why you need to outlay any money to have your property managed. At

Wiseberry Taree we don’t charge you, we simple manage the rental payments.

Fees? How much will I get?

You should always buy an investment property with return in mind, and at Wiseberry Taree we try to
