Issuance of Building Permit - Simple Transaction
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Any person, firm, or corporation, including any department, office, bureau, agency of instrumentality of the government intending to construct, alter, repair, move, convert or demolish any building or structure, or cause the same to be done, shall obtain a building permit from the Building Official for whichever of such work is proposed to be undertaken for the building or structure, before any such work is started.

Monday – Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (No Noon Break)
WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE
Those who are applying for Building Permit that shall not exceed 1500 square meters in floor area; - Single dwelling residential - not more than (3)-storeys,
- Commercial Building - not more than (2)-storeys,
- Warehouse not storing hazardous substance,
- Renovation within a mall with Issued Building Permit
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS
1. Unified Application Form for Building Permit
2. Filled-up Application Form for Locational Clearance 3. In case the applicant is the registered owner of the lot;
- Two (2) Certified true copy of TCT (Transfer Certificate of
Title), on file with the Registry of Deeds,
- Two (2) Copies Tax Declaration
- Two (2) Copies Current Real Property Tax Receipt In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot,
in addition to the above, any of the following;
- Two (2) Copies of Duly Notarized Lease Contract
- Two (2) Copies Deed of Absolute Sale - Two (2) Copies Contract to Sell
4. Four (4) Complete sets of Plans/Drawings and Specifications Signed and Sealed by duly licensed and registered
Professional/s:
- Four (4) Sets of Approved Location Plans/Survey Plans (signed and sealed by Geodetic Engr.) - Four (4) Sets of Site Development Plan (signed and sealed by Architect or Civil Engr.) - Four (4) Sets of Architectural Plan & Specifications (signed and sealed by Architect or Civil Engr.)
- Four (4) Sets of Structural Plan & Specifications (signed and sealed by Civil/Structural Engr.)
- Two (2) Sets of Structural Computation/Analysis (signed and sealed by Civil/Structural Engr.)
- Four (4) Sets of Sanitary/Plumbing Plan & Specifications (signed and sealed by Sanitary Engr.)
- Four (4) Sets of Electrical Plan & Specifications (signed and sealed by Prof. Electrical Engr.) - Four (4) Sets of Mechanical Plan & Specifications (signed and sealed by Prof. Mechanical Engr.)

Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy -Simple Transaction
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
It must be secured after the completion of construction. An Occupancy Permit is required before any building or structure is used or occupied. It is also required if there is any change in existing use or occupancy classification of a building, structure or any portion thereof.

construction, and one copy of the construction logbook. If the
construction was undertaken through a contract, the Certificate of
Completion shall be signed by the contractor/Authorized Managing Officer
3. Three (3) sets As-Built Plan (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Sanitary/Plumbing, Mechanical, Electronics, Sign Permit) *signed
and sealed by professionals
4. One (1) photocopy of the Valid Licenses of all involved Professionals (e.g. Professional Tax Receipt and the Professional Regulation
Commission identification card)
5. Photograph of the completed structure showing front, sides and rear areas

2. Five (5) copies of duly notarized Certificate of Completion using the
form in Annex H, signed by the owner/applicant and signed and
sealed by the duly licensed Architect or Civil Engineer in-charge of
construction, and one copy of the construction logbook. If the
construction was undertaken through a contract, the Certificate of
Completion shall be signed by the contractor/Authorized Managing
Officer
3. Three (3) sets As-Built Plan (Architectural, Structural, Electrical,
Sanitary, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electronics, Sign Permit) *signed and
sealed by professionals
4. One (1) photocopy of the Valid Licenses of all involved Professionals (e.g. Professional Tax Receipt and the Professional Regulation
Commission identification card)
5. Photograph of the completed structure showing front, sides and rear areas
6. Yellow Card issued by Electrical Service Provider

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
It must be secured after the completion of construction. An Occupancy Permit is required before any building or structure is used or occupied. It is also required if there is any change in existing use or occupancy classification of a building, structure or any portion thereof.
