Isotrex Manufacturing was founded in 2005 by a dedicated armored vehicle manufacturing group of experts from Canada with over a decade of experience in the industry.

Convinced other clients were paying too much for unnecessary expence incurred by the industry business model as it stood, Isotrex pursued a singular goal which was to manufacture armored protective vehicles which provide the best value for the highest quality without compromise.

Our company’s ultimate purpose would be clear and su�cient : to simplify the production to achieve the most e�cient means possible while maintaining, and improving, the status quo of product quality within the industry of armored vehicles.

Our Production Facility Quality Assurance

At Isotrex Manufacturing, we ensure that every process and material utilized in our armor conver-sions is carefully monitored and approved by management for use. Once our sales division are contacted by the client, our highly - trained sales sta� consults thor-oughly with them to determine which of our vehicles would best suit their operational needs, and which accessories we would recommend to add so they get the most from their vehicle purchase. Once the client is fully satis�ed that their vehicle and accessory selections are suited for their opera-tions, and every e�ort has been made by our sta� to remain within or below their budgetary con-straints, a production order is issued and the vehicle sent for manufacture to their speci�cations.

Upon entry into our production area, each stage of the armour conversion process, from receipt of the vehicle through to �nal completion, is closely monitored through a series of random spot checks which are performed on the workmanship throughout the manufacturing process by our production manager. �is random inspection approach results in di�erent areas of production quality being checked on each vehicle, the surest way to ensure that quality on a whole is maintained as no indi-vidual worker knows exactly which work will be checked. Random checking results in a higher like-lihood of detecting any possible errors in early stages, thereby eliminating long and potentially costly delays required to perform repair work on a completed vehicle.

�e client receives their vehicle in excellent condition and on time. �is commitment to quality, and dedication to timely performance has resulted in our proven client loyalty and satisfaction..Following completion of production, the sales associate responsible for the contract performs an in - depth �nal inspection to ensure that the vehicle �nishing is in line with our company's strict qual-ity standards and conforms to the clients expressed requirements and expectations. �ese �nal inspections include every detail of the �nished vehicle, and our sales associates have been fully trained on the inspection process which not only allows them to ensure their clients receive an excellent �nished product, but also helps them become and stay knowledgeable for use in the con-sultation process with the client.

In keeping with our corporate strategy of lowering vehicle costs to the client through the use of minimal facility operational costs and requirements our, Management team has selected a small but e�cient manufacturing plant located within the Ajman Free Zone Port area of the United Arab Emirates. Within this facility we have all of the equipment required by our team of experts to pro-duce between 15 and 20 vehicles per month without the need for expansive storage or unnecessary equipment which only leads to higher overhead coasts being passed on to the consumer. Isotrex Manufacturing does not maintain an inventory of vehicles, but manufactures on a contract basis, there by providing the client the quickest possible actual production time while ensuring that each vehicle produced is purpose built for the client’s intended use, not some generic design passed on the client in an e�orts to reduce inventory which must be retro-�t in order to meet their operational parameters and may not fully comply with their requirments as a result of this retro-�tting process.

With respect to security considerations, our manufacturing facility has been speci�cally selected to maintain a low pro�le .�e structure has a simple brick exterior; non-descript and similer in appear-ance to every building in the surrounding area with no signage what so ever identi�ng it from the outside ; nor is it accessible by the general bublic as it is located within the sequre gated area of the port authority and sequrity sign ins are required for all visitors to the compound.

As a �nal consideration, there is a visual inspection performed by the authorised shipper of the vehicle, whether they were supplied by our company, or an outside entity retained by the client. �ere is a form which they must sign prior to accepting the vehicle for shipment which requires them to check for any obvious exterior defects and to record same, a copy of which is forwarded directly to the client for their own use. No vehicle is allowed to leave our facility without this �nal exterior check having been performed.

FLOOR PROTECTION

Isotrex Manufacturing incorporates premium, lightweight glass - clad polycarbonate o�ering true, multi-hit protection. All- glass is 100% curved and no �at glass is incorporated. All glass includes a pre-mium interior hard-spall layer to prevent fragments/shards from penetrating the passenger compart-ment in the event of an attack. All glass is seamed, edged and �nished using a Proprietary quality pro-cess that provides unprecedented UV and delaminating resistance. All glass features excellent ballistic protection and superior optical quality with very minimal distortion.

All steel incorporated into the armoring process is milled using a special chemical composition that ensures ballistic integrity and maximizes hardness. All steel is plasma/laser cut and is designed and pat-terned according to the exact contour of the vehicle. In addition, all armor is installed using a propri-etary process underneath the interior vehicle skin to provide an OEM interior �nish and superior pro-tection coverage.

All original pillars, posts, and panels snap back into place with minor trim work - this helps the vehicle keep the factory Appearance as closely as possible on the interior and exterior and helps our clients to keep a low pro�le at all times.

Isotrex Manufacturing's commitment to continuous research and development assures clients the most technologically Advanced armored passenger vehicles available. One example of such is Overlap System. �is concealed moulded armoring process assures an added level ballistic pro-tection in all vulnerable "weak“ areas in the passenger compartment especilly door opening and around windows.

�e �oor armor is designed to absorb bomb fragmenta-tion. �e armor is concealed under the carpet and seats of the vehicle, maintaining the original appearance of the vehicle. Armor is also placed surrounding the fuel tank of each vehicle to create an anti explosive fuel tank.

�e suspension of the vehicle, along with the brakes should be modi�ed when a vehicle is armored. Isotrex Manufacturing recommends its clients begin the armor-ing process with a heavier duty vehicle. �e modi�cation is done with a standard package that may vary depending on the needs of the client.

Run-Flat Tyre System

All vehicles manufactured by Isotrex are installed with a heavy duty run �at tyre system:

CRF RUNFLAT

�e Composite run�at (CRF) is a lightweight reinforced polymer device designed to provide �at tire bmobility when used with pneumatic tires. �e CRF run�at is comprised of two or three sections that,secured around the wheel, provide a strong bearing assembly. A special composite ma-terial formulation results in reduced friction and heat buildup inside a �at tire. �e material is resis-tant to both ballistic attack and severe road hazards.

�e CRF is easily mounted inside a standard tubeless tire on a traditional "drop center style" wheel using normal tire mounting tools. Each CRF is custom built to meet the speci�c load rating criteria and distance requirements of the application. CRF run�ats are speci�ed on numerous government and security vehicles where �at tire mobility is critical.

Ballistic Standards

Ballistics Speci�cations describe the ability of a material to stop a projectile. �ese speci�cations can apply to any material; this is true of steel, composite, or concrete.Ballistics speci�cations are internationally recognized standards used when deciding on the level of pro-tection required. Once the protection level is determined, then the appropriate materials will be selected.Standards vary depending on the region where vehicles are in use, the most common standards are:

At Isotrex Manufacturing FZE, we manufacture only a very small and specilized line of vehicles. We do not belive that simply o�ering anything to the client is a good way to ensure quality of workman-ship so we train our specialists to manufacture only a few select vehicles which we continually improve upon and which we have reduced the manufacture of to a very simple and speci�c process unique to these vehicles. Unlike many other companies that mass-produce several dozen makes of vehicle, we understand that each armored vehicle model is di�erent in its own right, and each must be treated with the appropriate amount of time and care required to ensure that neither quality nor safely is ever compromosed �is is not to say that Isotrex can or will not take on special orders, we have a highly skilled designer and to specialty craftsmen who can be set aside for special projects at any time, but we do not mass produce these and the time frame will be lengthened so that our level of quality can be maintained while providing alternate models. We strive to give the client the best quality and strongly belive that limiting our number of o�erings helpes us achive this goal.

At Isotrex Manufacturing FZE, we understand the importance of quality, and we take every possible step to ensure that, even though we keep the vehicle purchase costs at a minimal level, we o�er some of the �nest armored vehicles available in the market today. �rough our ongoing testing, research and consultations with our clients, we stay on top of new developments and changes in the market, and this allows us to remain con�dent in the quality of each and every vehicle that leaves our production facility.

As a result of this unending e�ort to o�er the �nest products available to our clients, Isotrex Manufac-turing FZE are proud to provide our clients with our one year (1-yr) limited conversion warranty, which covers the conversion-related ballistic materials (excluding ballistic glass) and workmanship in our armored vehicles against defect and/or malfunction under normal use.

Unfortunately, due to OEM restrictions on modi�cations to their vehicles, platform vehicles used for after- market armoring conversions are often no longer covered by the Original Manufacturer's war-ranty. Some OEM manufacturers will honour the vehicle's original warranty after conversion whereas others simply refuse to do so on the grounds that the vehicle has been too heavily altered. �is is a fact of our industry which other manufacturer's are often hesitant to disclose to potential buyers.

Isotrex strives to o�er the best possible service and purchase satisfaction to all of our valued clients, and as a result of this dedication to service we do not believe in hiding key information which could later be costly to the client. We �rmly believe that a well-informed client is a satis�ed client, even if this means exposing facts the client may initially �nd o� putting.

While the OEM warranty on an after-market armored vehicle may not have to be honoured by the original manufacturer, there is �exibility on the part of OEM dealers and agencies that may allow them to perform warranty related work either under their own discretion as being valid, or at a discounted rate to the client through relationships with the armoring company.

Isotrex Manufacturing FZE, as a result of purchasing multiple vehicles has secured some leeway regard-ing this matter.We have a long and continuing relationship with several automotive dealerships and agencies worldwide, and we have agreements in place to warranty our vehicles in many geographical areas. Our sales associates will work tirelessly to �nd the best possible solution should the client ever encounter a negative response from an OEM regarding a warranty claim.

In the rare event that warranty work is simply disallowed by the original vehicle manufacturer, and all options of appeal have been exhausted, Isotrex Manufacturing FZE will use their extensive network of service agents to quickly �nd you the least- expensive solution to any problems your platform vehicle may have encountered. We will assist you in �nding suitable service facilities which have been approved by us and which will o�er their services to our clients at discounted rates based on their existing rela-tionships with our various divisions.

We o�er comprehensive coverage and service to each of our clients, and are always willing to work closely with the client to �nd a suitable resolution to any issue. Rest assured that, when you decide to purchase your armored vehicle(s) from us, you will be taken care of with the utmost in respect and e�-ciency at all times throughout the life of your purchase, even after our o�cial warranty has long since expired, we will always be there to help our clients in any way we can.
