Eco differential pressure gaugeModel A2G-05
Applications For monitoring the
differential pressure of air and other non-inflamma-ble and non-aggressive gases
Ventilator and blower monitoring
Differential pressure monitoring in filters
Overpressure monitoring in clean rooms
Special features Easy to install and

(1.65”), for recessed installation in doors and walls of clean rooms
Integrated sealing element for installation in the air duct
The A2G-05 differential pressure gauges are ideally suited for the measurement of overpressure, negative pressure and differential pressure in the measuring ranges from 0 … 0.2 InWC to 0 … 50 InWC and from -0.1 … +0.1 InWC to -6 … +6 InWC. The biggest advantage of the A2G-05 over other competitive models is the 2-part modular design of the gauge. The instruments are quick and easy to install. The measuring element and the mounting ring are separated. In case of repairs or service of the instrument, the measuring device can be easily replaced while the mounting flange remains in the panel, reducing down times and resulting in cost savings during installations. Due to its small mounting depth (1.65”) the A2G-05 is ideally suited for installations into doors or walls of clean rooms.

Differential pressure gaugeModel A2G-10
The A2G-10 differential pressure gauge is ideally suited for the measurement of overpressure, negative pressure and differential pressure in the measuring ranges from 0 … 0.2 InWC to 0 … 50 InWC and from -0.1 … +0.1 InWC to -6 … +6 InWC. A benefit of the modular design is the two-part assembly that separates the measuring system from the mounting case. This allows the replacement of the measuring system only, resulting in reduced service cost. The panel mount version of the A2G-10 is extremely easy to install and requires no tools (over 50% time savings compared to conventional instruments).

The A2G-20 air velocity transmitter is ideal for measuring air velocity and temperature in HVAC systems and control applications, especially building automation and energy management systems. The A2G-20 offers three air velocity ranges, one temperature range and two output signals combined into one instrument. The A2G-20 calculates the air velocity based on measuring the heat loss between the two sensing elements. Due to the design of the two measuring elements, the A2G-20 is basically immune from drifts, making this transmitter very accurate over the whole range (± 5% accuracy).

The measurement of relative humidity and media temperature is becoming increasingly important in control systems. Humidity and temperature controlled ventilation systems are also being used more frequently in air conditioning and ventilation technology. The A2G-70 determines the relative humidity and temperature of the ambient air or the air in a duct system using a capacitive sensor with integrated temperature measurement. The sensor signals are converted into standard output signals and made available for further processing. The sensor element is protected by a sinter filter.

Air quality sensor VOCModel A2G-80
The A2G-80 measures volatile organic compounds in the air. VOC, volatile organic compounds, is the collective name for organic substances suspended in the air like gases or vapours. VOCs include scent and taste particles, tobacco smoke, building chemicals, solvents, disintegrating gases and products of oxidation. VOCs therefore come from a variety of sources. The A2G-80 is a sensitive, cost-effective sensor for measu-ring air quality. This module uses micro-metallic oxide semi-conductor (MOS) technology for the detection of a variety of volatile organic compounds.

CO2 sensorModel A2G-85
The A2G-85 duct-mountable carbon dioxide sensor measu-res the carbon dioxide content in rooms. Wherever people are staying in enclosed areas, the CO2 content is an evident indicator for the indoor air quality. The higher the CO2 content the worse the air quality in the rooms. The CO2 sensing element is based on the “Non-Dispersive InfraRed (NDIR)” technology. An auto-calibration procedure compensates for any drifts and guarantees maintenance free service and longevity. Once installed into a duct, a small flow of air will be established by convection through the probe into the trans-mitter housing and back into the duct. Inside the transmitter housing the air will diffuse through a membrane into the CO2 sensing element. The complete process inside a closed loop avoids pollution of the CO2 sensor. The A2G-85 is optional available with a 3 LED display for the CO2 content.

Differential pressure gauge Airbox with differential pressure switchModel A2G-90
The A2G-90 is a combination of a mechanical analog indicator (A2G-85) and a differential pressure switch (A2G-85) combined into one enclosure. The case is made from PC /ABS 1625 (H x W x D = 9-1/2 x 7-1/2 x 4-1/3 inches). The cover is screw retained for easy access to the pressure switch and sealed with an o-ring for a NEMA 3 ingress protection. The A2G-90 is ideally for the measurement and switching of overpressures and differential pressures in ranges from 0…1 InWC up to 0…25 InWC.
