Partner’s responsibility

Once the sponsorship has been confirmed, the Sponsors are required to provide the materials listed in the package.

Partner’s Acceptance Form

ISRA shall prepare a Sponsorship Acceptance Form for your signature after the sponsorship package has been negotiated.

Sponsorship Fees

The organizer will issue a tax invoice for the Sponsorship Fee to the Sponsor at the specified time. The Sponsor must pay the

Sponsorship Fee within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Instructions for payment will be indicated on all invoices which will

be issued to the Sponsor by the Event Organizer. Bank transfer payments: All bank charges payable on transfers have to be

borne by the Sponsor.

Partner’s cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received and acknowledged in writing at least four weeks before the event day; otherwise a

cancellation charge of 50% of theSponsorship Fee will apply.
