Step 2: Login to Islamabad Serena Hotel eProcurement Portal

www.tejaripakistan.com If this is the first time that you login to Islamabad Serena Hotel eProcurement portal, you will be asked to select a new password (which has to contain both letters and numbers).

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to the Islamabad Serena Hotel eProcurement Home page.

Step 4 : After clicking on the "Auction link", List of the Auction's page will open.

www.tejaripakistan.com Step 5: Click on the "Auction Title" that you would like to respond.

Step 6: Now that you have selected an Auction you will be taken to the ‘Auction Details’ page.

Step 7: To start to respond to an Auction, Click on the ‘Monitor Auction’ button (at the top of the page).

www.tejaripakistan.com Step 8: An automated prompt guiding you through the response process will appear. For "Monitor Auction" option you must have Java (TM) Version 1.6 or later.

Step 9: Click on the "Enter" Button

Step 10: System will take few seconds to upload ‘Java’

www.tejaripakistan.com Step: 11 The ‘Monitor Auction’ page will now be loaded.

From this page you will be able to:

Submit a response for the subjected Auction.

Check the remaining time of the Auction.

View minimum Bid Decrement.

www.tejaripakistan.com Step 12: Enter the rates and click "Submit"

Step 13: Message of confirmation will appear.

Step 14: After Clicking on the "OK" button a confirmation message of the submission of the bid will appear.

Congratulations!! You have just successfully submitted a response to a tender!

Step 15: Search for Attachments that may have been uploaded by the buyer from the navigation at the top left of the page.

Step 16: To download the attachment(s), Click on the ‘Buyer Attachments’ link

Step 17: You will now be directed to the ‘Buyer Attachments’ page

Step 18: Select the attachment that you would like to download, Click on the ‘File Name’. Step 19: Download (save) the file to your local computer, Click the ‘Save’ button.

Note: If you have a recent version of Java installed on your computer, then you will have an option to mass download multiple attachments. If you wish to download a free version of Java go to http://www.java.com/

Step 20: Open the downloaded file from your local computer. Review the buyer’s comments, instructions or requests before responding to the Auction.
