CNS active drugs, chemicals, herbal extracts, their active principles, multidrug nanoparticles delivery etc.

Lipids (phospholipids, fractions of phospholipids by TLC and HPLC, cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, fatty acids, esterified fatty acids, triglycerides, gangliosides), lipid enzymes (HMG CO-A reductase, PLA-1&-2, PLC), reactive oxygen species (LPO, GSH, GSSG, 4-HNE, H2O2, protein carbonyl), anti-oxidative enzymes (GPx, GR, GST, SOD, catalase), apoptosis markers (apaf-1, caspases-3,-6, Bax, BCl2, PARP), inflammatory markers (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α), immuno-histochemistry (COX-2, NOS-2, NF-κB, tyrosine hydroxylase, Cu/Zn SOD), histopathology and behavior tests (rota rod, grip strength, Morris water maze, circling behavior, narrow beam maze, elevated body swing etc).
