ISGN or your customer sets up alerts to monitor growth or decline
in local trends. (ie. Unemployment, income, migration, vacancy rates, etc.)
QA & QC - improved Monitoring of Risk & Opportunities
Two types of alerts:
1. Alerts based upon one variable or any combination of variables to monitor local risk, and if changes exceed preset risk tolerances, and alert is automatically sent.
2. Similarly, alerts are sent out to show an opportunity where it is time to liquidate or invest.
16
Examples of Setting an Alert System
For example: If median incomes and populations decrease by more than 10% in any 3-month period, within a ½ mile radius from “X” an alert is sent out.
