Send your request to [email protected] or call +7 495 22-189-22 for an immediate response. Supply the booking dates, preferred location (if known), your budget, number of guests and special requests.

To confirm a booking we’ll need to send you a rental agreement which should be signed and returned to us (to comply with Russian law)

Provide us with your flight details and on the booking form to allow us to organize your check-in (meet and greet)

Cneck-in

• 24 hours prior to arrival the guest will receive an introduction

email from their appointed Check in consultant with all their

contact details

• On arrival to Moscow, guests should contact their Check in

consultant to confirm their actual time of arrival at the apartment

• The check-in consultant will be waiting at the apartment and will

show the guest the property and ensure they are settled in by

explaining how to operate appliances

At check-in we require the following forms to be completed:

- A guest registration form

- A contract and / or a statement of delivery of

an apartment

- A payment form (or to pay in cash)

Also if required our check-in specialist can

photograph your documents for preparation of

a temporary registration form.

During your stay our service department is available 24/7 through a dedicated hot line
