Providing pain relief for the impoverished Karen and Sam have decided to embark on a two-week volunteering trip alongside a charity called Dentaid.Following the genocide of the Khmer Rouge regime Cambodia has not recovered well and is still one of the poorest countries. Dentistry has largely been overlooked, resulting in serious dental pain for people who have nowhere to go for relief and we hope to make a huge difference to the lives of those suffering.

Those of you that have had toothache in the past will know how awful and debilitating that kind of pain can be!So far we have raised £1500 of the £4200 target needed for the equipment and costs related to this trip. We welcomed Hajni Endrodi who joined the practice in October 2016 as part of the dental nursing team. Hajni shows an exceptional level of cross infection control, which assures us that we are delivering of our safest care for you! Hajni recently undertook her final examination for her qualification as a Registered Dental Nurse. We are delighted to be celebrating this wonderful achievement. Congratulations Hajni!

Samantha Bokhorst joined in January as our new practice manager. She is a Registered Dental Nurse who has worked in the dental field both in South Africa and the UK.Sam has over 14 years of practice management experience within a UK based dental practice and looks forward to meeting you.
