The touch screen allows for intuitive and straightforward access to all tunnel operational controls. Features include automated troubleshooting, mainte-nance schedules, alarm logs, PM schedule, runtime history and much more. Total tunnel control is now at your fingertips.

    The lint filters on the IS Series are accessible from outside the tunnel so that important filter maintenance can be performed easily without shutting down the tunnel. The filter screens are made with stainless steel mesh to help remove lint from the air flow.

    No steam means no boiler, and no boiler means elimnating boiler piping, maintenance, inspections and other related expenses. This is perfect for new facilities that do not wish to install a boiler, or ex-isting plants that want to remove their boiler from their operational process. For whatever reason you decide, the IS H2O will remove your boiler issues and expenses. Saves you therms and water consumption.

    No Boiler Needed

  • The finishing of a garment starts in the conditioning chamber. The design of our conditioning section creates a higher veloc-ity of atomized water droplets that carries more energy and achieves proper finishing temperature faster. The S-turn design exposes each side of the garment to direct mist spray, and then fully surrounds the garment in the atmosphere of atomized water droplets.

    S-Turn Technology

    Instead of steam to finish garments, the IS H2O mixes hot water with heated air to create a fine atomized mist that is sprayed onto your product. This creates an atmosphere of atomized water droplets that preconditions the garments with high humidity and prepares them for final finishing in the heat section of the finisher. Hot air is directed into the conditioning chamber. This combination produces high quality finishing with less utility consumption.

    Patented Atomized Mist

    The IS H2O directs the flow of the atomized mist with a series of directional nozzles, spraying the atomized mist in just the right position for the garments. These nozzles control exact-ly how and where the atmosphere of atomized water droplets is formed, instead of simply spraying the mixture in a random cloud onto the garments. This means less wasteful excess and more accurate production for your garments.
