Volunteers needed Friday, October 8– Sunday, October 10 Be a part of Irvine’s largest community event, celebrating its diversity and cultural heritage. This is a great way to be a part of something global and have fun giving back to the community. Volunteer opportunities include: Ticketing and operations assistance Guest and vendor assistance Entertainment and demonstration coordination Exhibits and children’s activities Festival set-up (Friday) and break-down (Sunday) Lunch and commemorative t-shirt provided! Volunteer Requirements: Must be at least 14 years old Shifts are available during the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. Volunteers can work more than one shift if shifts are available. Every year, more than 300 volunteers help put together Irvine’s largest and most attended cultural event: the Irvine Global Village Festival. Volunteers are needed to assist in all areas of the festival, from guest services representatives and stage managers to attendance counters and clean-up crews.
