Introduction

• Iron Maiden is a british heavy metal band. The band is from Leyton,London and England. The band originated with Steve Harris and with Dave Murray. The bands first singer was Pual Di'anno and because of his drug use he had to be fired and he was replaced with many but then came Bruce Dickinson.The band has been supported with a mascot named Eddie.They have been together since the 80's with huge support from the fans and succes.

• The HistoryIron Maiden was formed in May 1975 on Christmas day by bassist Steve Harris, who joined up with guitarist Dave Murray a few months later. Thirty years later, the two remain at the helm of Iron Maiden!!!

• Eddie• Iron Maiden's mascot, Eddie, is a perennial

fixture in the band's horror-influenced album cover art, as well as in live shows. Eddie was originally drawn by Derek Riggs but has had various incarnations by Melvyn Grant. Eddie is also featured in a first-person shooter video game, Ed Hunter as well as numerous books, graphic comics and band-related merchandise.
