The intelligent data mapping logic inbuilt within the Visual Report Writer accesses the database directly rather than via an interpreting database. The result is that your users save substantial amounts of time in data extraction, and are able to spend more time analysing and interpreting meaningful reports. Data can be exported into multiple formats, including PDF*, XLS, CSV, HTML and DBF. The Visual Report Writer utilises a tree structured library where reports are stored for easy access and grouping. Access to individual reports or groups can be set at user level to maintain the comprehensive security available in IRIS Exchequer, with the ability to run, print or view the reports. With the help of the Report Creation Wizard, users are guided through the report structure with simple field searches and categorised lists to select the data fields required.
