Send as an email attachment or fax the document – the choice is yours. Each customer record held within the IRIS Exchequer solution provides the option to send statements by fax or as an email attachment, as well as by post. Print runs then automatically issue documents according to the requested format. Default settings can be used for customers and suppliers to achieve regular savings in costs and time when sending statements and remittances. Cash flow can also be improved with more effective credit control. Supplier remittance/payment advice can be sent via email or fax, with supporting documentation, as reminders, even whilst on the phone chasing payment. The email facility sends documents as images, in a read only format, eliminating the possibility of fraud or unauthorised production and ensuring the environment is secure. Time and money is also saved on stationery, postage and administration on essential paperwork such as orders, invoices and statements when sent electronically.
