Statement in support of Application

As a multilingual, adaptable and responsible graduate of Management & Public Administration with Honours Specialty: Government and municipality management (Civil Servant with Honours) blends academic training with hands-on experience in the export/import industry.During my degree I successfully combined my studies with work and other commitments showing myself to be self-motivated, organized and capable of working under pressure. I am very conscientious and determined as demonstrated during my study at the University and achieving an Honours Degree and Foreign languages Certificates. As a Junior project specialist in a research institute, I performed daily responsibilities with accuracy and thoroughness. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to good time management and a drive to see things through to completion. These qualifications were clearly applied to my work, when I prepared and produced annual project report for The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

As an assistant Export manager, I excelled as an individual contributor and was collaborative in team settings, delivering tasks on-time and to specification. I was inspired to get involved in this area whilst at university, and in addition, my enthusiasm was intensified, when I have participated in the start-up of family business, where I developed a solid understanding of all the internal processes of organization.

I participated in business trips, aimed at purchasing and exporting textiles. This gave me an opportunity to be proactive, and I was able to think issues through and generate solutions; using my own initiative. I proposed to increase the product range to include accessories in our retail shops. And as a result, it widened the customer base.

I believe I have leadership potential, which I used to create marketing strategies to promote a brand for the international Moscow exbition TextileLegProm (2012-2014) in an innovative way that looked beyond standard practices.

I am very enthuastic about developing my expertise.I want to build on my solid base by widening areas of my interest, such as Buying and Expediting, Market Intelligence, Spend Analysis, Rate Competitiveness Studies, Material Inventory Tracking, Procurement and Business Process Review, Standards and Procedures Compliance.

I am very keen to learn more about the industry. In short, I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and eager to learn and open to learning and exploring a variety of Procurement/Supply Chain business areas.
