The Assessors for this programme will be all Arabic Speaking.

Like many chefs in the business, Chef Daniel Frago Rayos early cooking experience goes back to his child-hood experiments in the family home kitchen. After completing his apprenticeship at the University Of The Philippines Asian Institute of Tourism, Chef Rayos felt the need to expand his knowledge and hone the core culinary competence on International Cuisine. So he decided to become a culinary expatriate. His 32 years of extensive traveling has exposed and taught him a lot about International Cuisine ( especially French, Italian, American , Arabic, Indian, Chinese / Asian and other international Cuisines). The learning process never stops because everyday new challenges, techniques and trends are met. And each hotel property is a new door for improvement to enhance Room to Grow for one success story. Right now a new chapter has be-gun again…….the journey to IHG Success

Basic Security Training April 25, 26 & 27, 2009 Quality Room Security Staffs has attended the Basic Training Course conducted by Al Mulla Security Services Co. The 3 days training course covered the following; Role of the Security Officer / Access Control / Ethics and conduct / Fire & Evacuation / Pa-troling & Observation and Report writing.

Career Fair at AUK CPK participated in the Career Fair at the American University of Kuwait on April 28, 2009 where they ex expect to graduate 350 students this year, 70% of which are Kuwaitis.
