    Proposed Change:

    1. required guards shall be designed so that no member,

    attachment or opening will facilitate climbing

    except for

    industrial occupancies

    where location and size of openingsdo not present a hazard to pre-school aged children

    less than 1.8 meter drop between surfaces

    inside dwelling units
