Bill SchwahnInstructor - ITC Level III

Bill Schwahn has been involved in building science for over 20 years as a commercial and residential property inspector. He is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Home Energy Rater (HERS Rater), and Energy Star Rater. In the world of infrared, Bill is an ITC Level III Thermographer with 10 years experience in private thermography practice where he has worked extensively in building science
