  • Step 1. CY2CY establishment

    We consider main partners the ones that have goal with us more than 20 per peak. They require the most of attention and the full servicing.

    With them we are following the flow:

    Main outcome filled Partnership tool for every country with a goal more than 20.

    Partnerships are established basing on the national timeline.

    We inform the LCs as soon as a big partnership is established and include the country in the business proposal for selling.

    As soon as partnership is established, country goals split in months are inserted in the Internal cooperation tool.

    Partners with the goals less than 20 per peak are considered the small ones.

    On the planning stage our goal is to deliver them the partnership

    booklet with our timeline, issues and projects and set the RE goals, NPS goal, timeline and EP LEAD delivery.

    No additional agreements unless the other part will want to do it.

    As soon as partnership is established, country goals are split in

    months are inserted in the Internal cooperation tool.

    LCs are informed about the small partnerships once in a month in a newsletter.

    Partnership is as well based on the national timeline.

  • Step 2. LC breakdown

    LCs set the goals with the country partners and submit them to the

    Internal cooperation tool.

    Goals of the LCs are set per peak, project and issue.

    For the goals more than 5 from one LC for one country we facilitate LC2LC partnership.

  • Step 3. Promotion support

    During the oGCDP recruitment we deliver the informational booklets

    and the promotional materials to our country partners.

    Promotional materials are: promoter stories, photos from the

    previous realizations, videos and booklets from the LCs.

    In a chat/email once in 2 weeks we track the current state of the EP

    raising of the partners.

  • Step 4. Matching

    For the LCs who have LC2LC partnerships within the national

    partnership we track through the emails to the LC VP iGCDP once every 2 weeks.

    We facilitate matching between Italy and our big partners by

    matching manias, facebook groups, etc.

    We facilitate matching between Italy and small partners by

    collecting the EP IDs of the candidates and tracking the LCs

    contacting them.

    We track the LCs updating the TN searchtool once every 2 weeks.

  • Step 5. Experience delivery

    EP LEAD coming soon.

    National quality standards coming soon.

    National Social Impact Models coming soon.

    We track the delivery of the EP LEAD and realizations with our

    partners;

    We send the realizations statistics with the country partners in the

    newsletters to the LC VPs once a week;

    We facilitate solving the cases with the country partners (as soon as the NCB will be formed passing them to the NCB).

  • Step 6. Partnership evaluation

    At the 6th week of the peak we hold a chat with every country

    partner (small and big) to evaluate the goals delivery and negotiate

    about the future partnerships (coming back to the step 1).

  • IR team responsibilities

    Planning: negotiations and setting the agreements, goals breakdown, updating the Internal cooperation tool, newsletter for the LC VPs once a week, tracking of the LC goals and facilitating of the LC2LC partnerships.

    Delivery: newsletters to the partners once in 2 weeks, newsletters to the LC VPs once a week, chats with the big partners once in 2 weeks, email contact with the small partners once in 2 weeks, reporting to the MC through the Current state tracker every Friday, collection, creation and delivery of the promotional materials, tracking of the EP raising for Italy, facilitation of the matching activities, tracking the LC2LC partnerships delivery, tracking the updating of the searchtool, delivery of the EP LEAD materials and tracking its delivery, making the statistics of the realizations within the partnerships, facilitation of solving the cases with the partners/passing them to the NCB as soon as NCB will be formed.
