I.R.C PJS is the leading consultant and engineering sales and after-sales services for the printing and packaging industries of Iran. As a family-owned business, Iran Rotative Company has been managed by three generations of Esfarjani family with more than 70 years of successful experience and expertise. We are a company with a long tradition, helping our customers with future trends thanks to both state-of-the-art technologies from our European business partners and our own business ideas.

Being the exclusive representative of more than 25 leading groups and companies we can boast a strong infrastructure and well defined strategies. As the sole business partner of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG in Iran our mission is to shape the future of the printing and packaging industries of Iran toward new trends and the increasing requirements in growth areas of the industry.

Our solutions are based on products for prepress, printing and further processing, training, sales technical support, aftersales services, consumables and software solutions for Offset, Flexo and Gravure printing technologies.

One of the Esfarjani’s key strategies is market awareness with knowledge based activities; therefore Iran Rotative Print Training & Exhibition Complex(PTEC) was founded to hold relevant training courses, workshops, seminars and informative events.

Beyond providing these solutions, the company Iran Rotative has long term connection with Iranian Banks which lead to being a reliable partner in the printing industry by providing financial solutions for the investments of their customers.

In addition to the Heidelberg group, Iran Rotative is the exclusive agent of the Gallus group(member of Heidelberg), Cerutti Group, Soma Engineering, and many other leading equipment and consumables manufacturers and suppliers with a vast range of high grade products.

In order to develop its activities, Iran Rotative established a number of subsidiary companies with the aim of focusing and improving the quality of its services. Iran Rotative Group’s subsidiaries are: Print Training and Exhibition Complex(PTEC) for holding print training courses and seminars and also as technology showroom, Avid Tejarat Daya(DAYA) as a general trading consultant company for all kind of industries and businesses, and EBCT as a German-based company as an international trading consultant in printing and other industries.

History

Iran Rotative was established 70 years ago under the initiation of Mr. Ali Esfarjani as a specialized company in the Iranian printing and graphic arts industry. From the beginning, this family business was based on originality and transparency with its customers and has created an outstanding reputation in the entire Iranian printing industry. Ever since its founding, the company has been steadily growing in size and market share.

About 25 years ago Iran Rotative acquired the exclusive representation of Heidelberg Druckmaschinen AG, which triggered long lasting partnerships, not only with the Heidelberg Group but also with other well-known prepress and post-press European suppliers. Today, Iran Rotative plays a leading role in investment consultations, sales, after sales services and technical training in the Iranian printing and graphic arts industry.

Currently the company is owned and managed by the second generation of the Esfarjani family; Mr. Mohammad Shapour Esfarjani who brings 40 years of experience exclusively in the printing industry and is well-educated in the area of printing media and technology that. He is the moving force behind the company’s activities and main strategies.

Mr. Esfarjani believes that knowledge and education are undeniably essential in the development of any industry and therefore Iran Rotative has been investing large resources in training and informative programs. The establishment of PTEC complex in 2004 is a good example of this future oriented vision.

The third generation of the Esfarjani family, Mr. Shahin Esfarjani, is the vice president of the management board and the head of both the sales and marketing departments, and who defines the future-oriented marketing strategies for the company. As his academic background is in strategic planning and business management, the Iran Rotative consultants and sales team are under his direct management.

Main Infrastructure

Iran Rotative possesses purpose-oriented infrastructures including a strategically located headquarters and the Print Training and Exhibition Complex (PTEC) which is the largest among such private centers in the middle East.

HeadquartersIran Rotative’s headquarters is a 5-storey, 1,200 square meter elegant building situated in a prestigious zone of Tehran (Iran’s capital), and contains various departments including sales (new and remarketed machinery in Prepress, Press and Postpress, as well as consumables), after sales and technical services, order processing, marketing, spare parts, along with administration and finance.


PTECThe 11,000 square meter Print Training and Exhibition Complex (PTEC) is situated in the west of Tehran and is fully equipped with all the facilities needed for showcasing hi-tech machinery and for holding informative and technical seminars and conferences. Iran Rotative’s main warehouse is also situated here. Various open houses and professional seminars covering workflow software, machinery and consumables are held regularly attracting a variety of interested participants from the whole Iranian printing industry.


Organization

I.R.C was established from beginning with systemic foundation of organizational departments including Management Board, Machinery Sales Department, Consumables Sales Department, Marketing Department, Foreign Ordering Department, Service and Spare Parts Sales and Support Department, Finance Department, Administration Department, IT and Informatics Department, Training Department, Warehouses and Logistics. Each department is managed by its own manager with direct supervision of the management board.Iran Rotative employs more than 100 professional and dedicated personnel, with high levels of education and outstanding expertise. More than half are qualified engineers working in technical support, sales (including both machineries and consumables), and in after sales services.


Marketing Department

The marketing department, which is now being managed by the third generation of the Esfarjani family, Mr. Shahin Esfarjani, provides and evaluates statistical reports based on market research and business analysis, performs media and event communications, evaluates customers’ satisfaction and above all maintain the future oriented strategies of sales and services.Informing potential customers about the latest developments and trends in the market, through planning and conducting various seminars, fundamental and specialized training courses and open houses are among the responsibilities of this department.Combined with the collective joint efforts of all departments, the marketing and public relations departments conduct a variety of promotional activities including regular updating of our social media and networks, translating technical articles and brochures, sending direct mails, participating at local and international trade fairs and exhibitions.


Events & Marketing ActivitiesMore than 100 events have been take place in PTEC with specific orientations from informative seminars and technology launches to technical training courses and even higher levels of trainings such as management courses with the aim of market awareness and knowledge improvement.


With more than 25 reknowned business partners, Iran Rotative has exeptional contacts as an agent to present solutions which are as sophisticated as those the mother companies present in their own events. The 800 sq. meter booth in the last Tehran International Print & Packaging Exhibition and five new launched solutions just before Drupa 2017 were well recieved by the Iranian market.

Sales Department


Machinery Sales

Divided into Offset and Flexo-Gravure segments, the sales department is also managed by Mr. Shahin Esfarjani. The Machinery Sales department has a line-up of highly educated, well-experienced area sales managers and staff. The Iranian market, which includes Tehran city as the capital and other provinces, is divided into various regions with each sales manager responsible for their respective area. Each member of this department is dedicated to meet the customers’ requirements, from the initial step when a need emerges up to the conclusion of a deal and provides excellent customer care along the way.


Consumables Sales

We provide our customers with a vast range of printing consumables for both Offset and Flexo-Gravure markets. This department has expertise experience in technical support for the products and with its own sales staff represents the products of the most well-known international manufacturers. Meeting the needs of the printing market is only obtained by systematic ordering and selling strategies and of course a strong support in warehouses and logistics. This is why Iran Rotative has a reputation for providing the highest quality products with real time delivery.


System Service

Divided into installations and transportations, after sales technical services, operations training and spare part sales sections, the service department boasts a professional team of mechanical and electronic engineers as well as operators who are responsible for fulfilling the technical needs of a market as vast as Iran’s market. The service technicians and engineers undergo continual technical trainings in Iran and abroad in order to keep up with the technology developments. The service staff also conduct customer training workshops in the PTEC or at the customers own site for their operators and technicians. Being equipped with a variety of service contracts, the capacity is present to be able to fulfil almost all customer needs when it comes to special service requirements in keeping highly valuable printing machinery running.


Original Parts

The spare part department is equipped with the latest web-based technology (Service Point) for tracking the right spare part and works with the backup of Heidelberg’s WLC (World Logistic Center). This department is capable of providing the customers with the fastest and the most reliable services in distributing Heidelberg original parts. Our final goal is reducing downtimes and increasing equipment life time to the maximum.

I.R.C has a long experience in providing customers with extensive training services at PTEC, customers’ sites or mother companies’ facilities. Our technical experts have been specifically trained in advanced technical and also academically training programs and courses at such as Heidelberg print media academy(PMA) and many other professional facilities.
