PROJECT OVERVIEW

1. NOTA WALL is a new interaction display to help coworkers to develop their startups and ideas as the digital wallpaper such as daily tasks in the meeting room; 2. Augmentality is based on the mobile technology to open possibil ity to every coworkers in the opening space to build the close community network; 3. TYPE IN is a fantastic communication bridge between the inside coworking space and the exterior space via dynamic typography.

IQuBE is a series of smart projects based on the active work stage to design for THINGS Coworking Company. In this case, we present three different concepts including

NOTA WALL, Augmentality and TYPE IN.

It is a new interaction way to help coworkers conveniently to record, save their meeting content and display the high frequency key words on the wall space at the real t ime. It can help the coworkers to make a real t ime analysis and conclusion of the coworking process in order to make their work more productive and rich. On the other side, it wil l enhance sharing their current work in the whole coworking space.

To get capture from the handrwring note: write on paper -> “# key words” -> draw a circle to send to the system

To get audio data capture -> use personalise microphone device -> record voice -> display wil l show cached words -> touch words to send to the system.

THINGS COWORKING SPACEis based on the mobile technology to open possibil ity to every coworkers in the coworking space. This simple application is a fast way help the coworker to know each other, view portfol ios, share knowledge and create a new team for startups. In addition, the members can bookmark the creative coworkers and share in this coworking community. On the other side, the employees can easily to get the feedback and collect the rated data of the members.

Sequence of the user actions in a capturing system:-> use the member card to activate the cube device;-> identity authorization (smile face) to access to use the facil ity in the coworking space;-> download and install the augmented reality APP;-> open and scan in the coworking space based on the cube device, identity recognition;

SIGNAGEIt is a fantastic communication bridge between the coworking space and the exterior space. It can introduce the general schedule, top professional coworkers and achievements via dynamic typography. Moreover, it opens the identity and activit ies to attract everyone to join their events such as workshops and parties. Street people can simply use their mobile phones to scan the QR-code to book a seat for those events.
