IQ METRIX Saskatchewan-based IQ Metrix wanted to relocate their headquarters to Vancouver. They eventually leased 7,000 sq. ft. at 250 Howe Street, a space previously occupied by Electronic Arts. Working with creative designs by SSDG Interiors, Fusion Projects was able to reuse existing improvements to the advantage of the new tenant. For example, a centrally located and highly designed kitchen area now functions as an interactive space for clients and staff. The use of finishes and construction materials, unique messaging on the entry walls and a sophisticated boardroom all speak to the company’s brand and leadership role within the industry. Fusion Projects was subsequently invited to assist IQ Metrix with the construction of the balance of the floor.
