Subsequent surveys have been conducted in 2004, 2008 and 2010. Its mission is to inform state and local policy makers concerning the impact of health care reform strategies on the State of Ohio and its ci- zens. The OFHS survey data is also commonly used to assist local organizaons with their community health planning needs and by organizaons in preparing for various health care grants. The survey quesons include health status, health care access, ulizaon, insurance status, and demographics of Ohioans. Current survey sponsors include the Ohio Departments of Insurance, Job and Family Services, Health, and Mental Health and the Health Foundaon of Greater Cincinna.
