Project -overview Project Title – Business feasibility study for penetrating A class retail outlets and executing activities to penetrate, and generate visibility and off-take from such outlets. Project Scope – Research on why A class outlets do not have our products and how can we penetrate into them. Developing a detailed sales approach and value proposition for A class outlets and accordingly chalk out an action plan for them. At the final stage,entrusted with the responsibility of executing the action plan to add premium outlets in the existing market.
