1. Introduction

The onset of the digital economy has led to the rapid proliferation of mobile devices, suchas smartphones and tablets. These mobile devices run a variety of applications and are slowlyreplacing desktops and laptops as the digital productivity devices of the future.

Mobile devices are also now a fashion statement. It is extremely embarrassing to watchthe battery die in front of a group of people to whom we’re showing off a snippet of the latestNetflix drama like ‘House of Cards’. Similarly, charging the mobile device when we can use it forwatching a live feed of a T20 cricket match isn’t a productive use of the device. Yet, all thesedevices are power-hungry and often cause rapid battery drain. Intelligently managing the powerconsumption of these devices ensures longer charge time and increases the life of the battery.

IPMPlusTM for Android manages power consumption intelligently and maximizes thebattery life. It has been certified for all Android phones and has been shown to increase theinter-charge duration by up to 3 times.
