is going to use “Photos” applications■ Anytime you take a picture on iPhone or

iPad is it going to end up in “Photos” on your device. On Windows it will end up in a directory that you choose when installing.

■ Apple is “focused” (?) on you seeing your photos on all your devices.

■ Taking photos on iPhone or iPad, first organize in “Photos” on Device

■ Deleted photos show up in “Recently Deleted” Album. They remain for 30 days. They can be instantly deleted from there to recover space.

Photo Stream– the good, the bad, andthe ugly

(mostly bad)

■ Very confusing as to when and whether photos are saved on other sync’d devices

■ On the devices used for making the photograph, the photograph is saved in the “camera roll” album and not deleted when deleting from Photo Stream.

■ Deleting a photo from “Photo Stream” will delete it from the Photo Stream on all devices.

– On the Mac, it is also added to the “Photos” Library which will not be deleted if deleted from Photo Stream.

– If you delete photograph from the “Camera Roll” or other Album, it will be deleted from the Photo Stream. It will remain on the Mac in the Photo Library.

■ You cannot add a photo in “Photo Stream” to a built in Album such as “Camera Roll” on another device. You can add it to a album you created.
