Objective.

1.1.1.1 The GPAD152M54-1B is an AC/DC high-power power supply with a single output and a

one-way battery management interface. The current from the power supply to the battery is

limited to less than 4A, ≤ and when the battery is on duty, the power supply will break the load

when the battery voltage drops to-44VDC to avoid excessive discharge of the battery. The entire

power supply is designed with the latest circuits and is compact and reliable. The control accuracy

of the whole machine is high, and the output efficiency is high. The input voltage range is wide,

the input has undervolted protection, and the output has short-circuited protection, over-current

protection, and over-temperature protection. The power system uses natural cooling. The entire

power supply is designed in strict accordance with safety regulations and meets the safety

standards of information technology equipment. The GPAD152M54-1B features the following

features: input lightning resistance, outdoor high dust and water protection design, protection

grade IP65, with direct contact with the bottom heat dissipation, shell for metal housing, optional

power housing and cable connector and can be equipped with anti-screws, optional support for

rod and wall mounting.

The power input port is high-voltage and can't be touched by hand.

The power supply is a product of large leakage current, please

reliably ground before powering on.

It is strictly forbidden to carry out high-voltage and AC operations in

thunderstorms.

2.Signal.

Light. The status description.

Red. The red light is always on, when the input is normal;

The red light goes out and the input is abnormal.

Green.

The green light is always on, the output is normal, the green light is off, and the output is

abnormal.

The green light 1HZ flashes and the battery is under pressure alarm;

The green light flashes quickly and the output is shorted;

3.Instructions for safe use.

3.1 Out of the box.

Check that the equipment is damaged in transit. Keep the packaging material until all module units of the power

supply have been registered and inspected.

3.2 General Rules.

The air passage of the module unit should not be blocked.

The distance between any conductive part of the power supply and the metal parts must comply with the relevant

safety standards.

3.3 Safety

◼ In the event that the safety protection of the equipment is damaged, the equipment must stop working and be

handled in accordance with the relevant maintenance regulations.

◼ Condensation can cause dangerous problems when power supplies move from cold to warm environme nts, so

grounding requirements must be strictly enforced. The device must be connected to a power supply by a

qualified person.

◼ The power cut-off must be shut down for four minutes so that the capacitor has sufficient discharge time

before the power supply can be maintained.

3.4Things to keep in

◼ The power supply shall be used under the environmental conditions specified in the specification;

◼ Do not adjust the power generator in the power supply at will;

◼ When using, the power supply should be maintained with good ventilation, cooling, during power-up or use, found

smoke or unpleasant odor, should immediately turn off the power supply.

◼ The input power supply must be serially insured between the power supply and the power supply.

3.5 Packaging:

The box has the product name, model, manufacturer's logo, the manufacturer's quality department's inspection

certificate, manufacturing date, etc. ;

3.6 Transport: adapted to car, ship, aircraft transport, transport should be sheltered, sun protection, civ ilized loading and

unloading.

3.7 Storage:.

Products should be placed in the box when not in use, the warehouse ambient temperature -45 to~-85degrees C

relative humidity of 10%-95%,,the warehouse does not allow harmful gases, flammable, explosive products

and corrosive chemical products, and no strong mechanical vibration, shock and strong magnetic field action.

The box shall be at least 20cm high from the ground and at least 50cm from , the entrance to walls, heat sources

and windowed air, and the storage period under these conditions shall generally be 2 years and shall be

re-inspected after more than two years.

3.8 Warranty period.

This product during the warranty period of one year, any natural damage under normal conditions of use, the Company is

free of charge for repair, but in any of the following cases, is not covered by the warranty:

Damage caused by unauthorized repair without the permission of the Company.

● Any addition or modification.

3.Instructions for safe use.

● Incorrect operation or use.

Environmental conditions are abnormally exceeding specifications, resulting in damage.

Man-made vandalism.

Damage caused by irresistible natural disasters.

3.9 Service range.

If this power supply is not functioning properly due to material and manufacturing technical errors during the warranty

period, the Company will provide free repair or replacement. Repair services will include a variety of labour services and

any necessary adjustments or replacement parts.

3.10 Operational safety instructions.

In all cases, such as operation, cleaning or maintenance, it is important to comply with the safety code set out below, and

the Company will not be responsible for any violations that result in safety concerns that go beyond the original design or

manufacture.

Do not operate in volatile gases or flammable environments.

Do not remove the cover or touch the internal parts under any circumstances.

For safety reasons, do not carry out separate internal maintenance and part replacement.
