Instead of thanking youthey take your help as

interference

So what to do?

If you know beforehand that your help will be taken as

interference

then probably you willnot help in the first place

Do not start helping

Just offer to help

Tell them what you can do to helpthem achieve their goals

If you take the initiative to helpthen it will be taken as

interference

If they take the initiativeto take up your offer of help

then it will surely be taken as involvement and not interference
