Invoice Pick Entry - Menu Location

Use this function to invoice orders from your location shipped via UPS

Enter order # and hit F8 -OK

The Order Verification Summary tab will now appear. Confirm that all information is correct. To move between tabs, you can either click on the tab for the screen you wish to view, or use the “Tab Shortcut Keys” – a function specific

list of these keys can be found by clicking on the “Tab Shortcut Keys” hyperlink at the bottom of the screen. You can look at the parts being invoiced against your

shipment by choosing the “Items” tab, or you can proceed to the “Payments and Totals” tab.

The Items screen lists all items shipping on the order.

Finish your invoice in the Payments and Totals screen. Confirm that all information is correct and finalize the invoice by clicking the “Post & Print”

button.

The Output Dialog box allows you to choose your output location (generally your invoice printer). Press or click F8 to print the invoice. You will now be returned to

the initial invoice pick entry screen.
