1. The t>eve1opmrnt acat>em"t of tl1~ Pl1ilippit1es (t>al'), through the Capital Expenditures(CAPEX) of Corporate Fund for CY 2015 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLIONEIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P7,8S0,OOO.oo) being the ApprovedBudget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for "One (1) Lot Supply ofFive (5) Units Brand New Motor Vehicles" per 18 No. 1815-369646-06. Bids receivedin excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The t>al' now invites bids for "One (1) Lot Supply of Five (5) Units Brand New MotorVehicles". Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) days after receipt of Notice toProceed TP). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date ofsubmission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of aneligible bidder is contained in the Official Bidding Documents (OBD), particularly, inection II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government ProcurementReform Act".

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizationswith at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizensof the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations ofwhich grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 andsubject to Commonwealth Act 138.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DAP-BAC Secretariat and inspectthe Bidding Documents at the address given below starting December 29,2015 (Tuesday)from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

A complete set of Official Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Biddersstarting December 29, 2015 (Tuesday) from the address below and upon payment of anonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of FIVE THOUSANDPESO (PS,OOO.QQ). It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the

Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhiIGEPS) and the website of theProcuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the nonrefundable fee for the BiddingDocuments not later than the submission of their bids.

5. The tlal' will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on January 12,2016 (Tuesday) at 10:00AM attlal' Pasig City, which shall be open only to all interested parties who have purchased theBidding Documents.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before on January 26, 2016(Tuesday) at 10:00AM. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of theacceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bid opening shall be on January 26, 2016 (Tuesday) at 10:00AM at tlal' Pasig City. Bidswill be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at theaddress below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

7. -he tlal' reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and toreject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liabilityto the affected bidder or bidders.
