On behalf of the International Ski Federation (FIS) and the Swedish Ski Association (SSF), the organizing Committee of Falun2015 has the pleasure of inviting National Ski Associations (NSA) to participate in FIS World Cup Ski jumping for men February 26th 2014 at Lugnet venue in Falun.

Carrying costs/reimbursement:Mr Stefan Carlsson is responsible for the f inan-cial issues. All payments will be transferred by wire.
Prize money: Prize money will be sent directly to the athlete after signature has been received (in person at the attaché of f ice). All payments will be trans-ferred by wire. Please remind the athletes to bring their account number and IBAN/SWIFT code and copy of the passport. Liable for the payment is Mrs Kristina Helders, SSF, mail to [email protected].
Doping controlAnti-doping testing may take place during the event according to FIS rules.
InsuranceAll the athletes have to be insured through their NSA and each athlete must have signed the FIS Athletes’ Declaration.The organizer will provide insurance coverage for their third part liability only.All participants and team staf f must be cov-ered by an adequate insurance policy against accidents, illness and civil liability.

GENERAL INFORMATIONRegistrationFor all the World Cup Events, all teams will use the FIS online system, to make their entry, their accommodation and their transportation. For Preliminary registrations forms with the amount of people from the teams and their arrival are to be returned to the organizer at the latest February 5th, 2014. Final registration forms to the organizer at the latest February 19th, 2014

RestrictionsFIS Rules apply. The number of participants per NSA must comply with the FIS World Cup rules and other FIS regulations.
Competition RulesThe competitions will be held in compliance with FIS International Competition Rules (ICR) and World Cup Rules.

AccommodationAll Booking according to the FIS rules (World Cup Rules Art. 13) via FIS Online registration. Reservation of rooms for all Teams and Of f icials are made at the Scandic Hotel. To facilitate the administration of accommodation we need accurate details of each team’s arrival and departure. The teams will pay for the accommodation on site to the organization or by invoice sent to each NSA.The rooms used by persons from the pay lists will be paid by the OC directly. Teams (team captains) will pay directly to the hotels for all extras (room service, movies, from bar, etc).
Price for additional accommodation outside of the quota is 890SEK (CHF125).Questions regarding accommodation, please contact the accommodation organization at, [email protected] TransportationThe of f icial airport is Arlanda Airport, Stockholm. Transfers from Arlanda airport to and from the hotel in Falun are free of charge for the partic-ipating teams, according to FIS rules. Please use the FIS Online registration system, deadline is Feb 5th. Extra arrivals with transfer can be requested at a rate of SEK500 from Arlanda and SEK600 from Skavsta/Västerås, the rate is per person each way. Free transport service will be of fered during your stay in Falun. The transport of f ice will be in the Scandic hotel. Attaché serviceThe attaché of f ice is situated in Scandic Hotel. For the nations who want their own attaché during the whole stay, please let us know in January. We have the attaché central available between Feb 24th until Feb 27th .
Team Captains Meeting (TCM)The team captains will get all necessary infor-mation on arrival in the attaché of f ice, Scandic Hotel. Information concerning weather reports, social events, program etc., will be given regularly at the TCM and also in writing. The meetings will take place in Scandic Hotel.
Waxing facilitiesThere are waxing facilities for participating nations close to the Ski Jumping Hill – according to FIS rules.The wax cabins will be available from 07:00 am on Monday Feb 24.For additional questions, please contact the OC of f ice [email protected]
Accreditation for athletes, teams and their vehiclesThe LOC accreditation system, will be used. There are limitations in number of parking lots at the venue. Each country will have one parking lot in the athlete village area, OK Kåre house, close to the team compound.
