SECTION-II

Instruction for Submission of Tender document

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS-

1. The tender document duly completed should be submitted in two separate parts. The

first part should be sealed in the a separate envelope duly superscripted as "Technical

Bid-Supply of Stationery & other general items".

2. The second part will consist of "Financial Bid -Supply of Stationery & other general

items" respectively and both sealed cover are to be put in a big envelope which should

be sealed and duly superscripted as " Tender for Supply of Stationery and Other

General items"

SECTION-Ill

TERMS & CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE TENDER

1. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes GST.

2. The contract for supply of stationery & other general items shall be valid for a period of One

year from the date of commencement of Contract. However contract period may be extended

for further one year or till the new contract is finalized whichever is earlier.

3. The Delivery Period: The successful bidder will have to supply the items to this office on the

same day from the date of issue of purchase order.

4. PAYMENT TERMS: All work shall be done on CREDIT BASIS. Bills will be submitted only after the

completion of work/job order, duly verified by the branch heads/officials. Payment of these

submitted bills will be made after minimum period of 30 to 45 days (for PUNGRAIN bills) and

after clearance by Treasury( Bills of Food Supplies Dept).

5. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT: Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty five thousand only) towards Earnest

Money Deposit in form of "Demand Draft in favour of Managing Director, PUNGRAIN payable at

Chandigarh.

6. If the successful bidder fails to fulfill his obl igations under the present RC i.e., non-adherence to

terms & Conditions, Department of Food civil supplies & consumer affairs, Punjab & PUNGRAIN

may blacklist the firm. In such events, the contract will stand terminated and EMD of such firm

shall be forfeited to Department of Food civil supplies & consumer affairs, Punjab & PUNGRAIN.

7. The tendering firms are requested to enclose a copy of their valid certificate of GST No.,

Permanent Account Number, and complete address with their tender. In the absence of these

documents, the tender shall be summarily rejected.

8. All the firms participating in the tender must submit a list of their owner(s)/Partners name along

with their contact numbers and a certificate/undertaking to the effect that the firm is neither

blacklisted by any Government Department nor any criminal case is registered against the firm.

9. Department of Food civil supplies & consumer affairs, Punjab & PUNGRAIN reserves all the right

to terminate the Contract at any time without assigning any reason/notice.

10. In the event of any dispute related to the interpretation or rights or liabilities arising out of this

Agreement, the same shall, at first instance, be amicably settled between the parties. If any

dispute is not settled amicably, the same shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator i.e. Managing
