Invitation Letter
Greetings, Wushu Friends
Thank you for all the effort and contribution to the Wushu martial arts where Wushu is now in great
demand by various circles around the world, even considered as one of the ways that can unite all martial
arts practitioners around the world.
We Garuda Dewata Wushu Indonesia Foundation & the Indonesian Wushu Executive Board (PBWI) will
make an international level championship which we call the 1st Bali International Kungfu Championship
2018 which will be held in Nusa Dua - Bali from December 17-22, 2018. Where we will compete in Taolu
Wushu and Traditional Wushu / Kungfu with reference to IWUF rules.
In addition to inviting Wushu or Kungfu practitioners from all over the world, this event also aims to
promote Balinese culture and Bali Island attractions to the world and support the Bali regional government
program as one of the Sport Tourism destinations.
And in addition to this goal we also have the aim of bringing together all the schools – any style of
Wushu or Kungfu where many people know KungFu in this competition both from the international routine
to the traditional schools to be more global and known in Indonesia in particular. That Wushu or Traditional
Kungfu in Indonesia can be known throughout the world.
The preparations for the event began with the implementation of a national scale competition in Bali in
2014 under the name BWOC (2014 Bali Wushu Open Championship) and this year 2018 we want to
continue the success of our event by creating an International scale event with the name "1st Bali
International Kungfu 2018 Championship ". Our goal is ASEAN countries, ASIA, AUSTRALIA and not possible
to countries in the EU and AMERICA.
It is an honor for us to be able to invite all Wushu or Kungfu practitioners all over Indonesia and the
world to come to Bali and join this event, to be a place to exchange ideas with fellow practitioners from
abroad and establish friendships in Wushu. Hopefully this invitation letter can start our introductory
greetings and we look forward to seeing all of you in Bali.
