Rules: Official NAVIGA rules included all changes,

applications and appendixes, published by NAVIGA

Fuel: In accordance with NAVIGA rules. All the competitors

bring their own fuel or using the fuel supplied by

executor of the Championship. Please notice fuel type

that you need in registration form.

Round count: The lap counting will be performed with transponders

IMB RC4 compatible. Official license SW “Race Control

Management Ultimate” will use for on-line results

notification.

Frequencies: 27, 40 MHZ bands, and 2.4 GHZ

Frequencies for classes: F1V: 27 MHZ channel 1-5,

40 MHZ channel 50, 52

F1E: 27 MHZ channel 6-9

40 MHZ channel 54, 56

F2, F3, F4: 27 MHZ: channel 10-17,

40 MHZ: channel 51, 53.

ECO, Mono/Hydro и FSR E: 27 MHZ: channels 19-32,

40 MHZ: channels 57-91.

Eco TEAM, Mini Eco TEAM: all the channels from the

above Frequency bands.

2,4 GHz for all classes.

Participants quantity from up to 5 participants for each class and

National Federations: European Champion 2016 M section

European Champion 2018 NS section

Entry fees: Juniors - free of charge.

Seniors 30 Euro per class,

Eco TEAM, Mini Eco TEAM, F6: 50 Euro per team

Protest fee: 30 Euro

Registration: The Entry Forms are sent from National, Regional

Federations, and clubs. The Entry Forms in .docx, format

and its signed and stamped copy, scanned and saved in

PDF format, shell sent by e-mail to: info@fsmr.ru

Team Leaders should have the originals on registration

6th of August, 2020. Any citizen from some countries-

candidate NAVIGA can participation EC and pay entry

fee only.

Start time for inscriptions: 1st of April, 2020

Dead line for inscriptions: 31st of May, 2020

Registrations time: 6st of August, 2020 from 9.00 till 20.00

The place of registration will be notice by the executor of

the Championship.

Flags and national anthem: Each participating National Team is obligated to provide

3 flags (150x100cm), and USB stick with the national

anthem. After the closing ceremony on the August, 13th

2020 the flags and USB sticks will be returned to the

respective delegation leaders.

Medals and certificates: The first three placed participants in each class will be

awarded a medal and a certificate. All other participants

received a certificate of participation.

Training time EC M: 6stof August, 2020, from 9.00 till 20.00.

Starts working days EC M: 7nd

-12th of August, 2020

Stand EC NS: 7stof August, 2020, from 9.00 till 20.00.

Starts working days EC NS: 8th -12

th of August, 2020

Participants acccomodation:

Transfer service: Transfer service by VW CARAVELLE (7 passengers)

from/to Khrabrovo airport will be possible on request.

Distance 26km, 30 min road time.

Banquet: Their will a banquet for the participants, judges,

organizing committee and sympathizers at the price of 20

Euro each Person. It is mandatory to subscribe for

participation on the banquet by completing the

subscription form.

Restoration: on the territory World Championship, restaurant and café

on nearest streets.
