The achievements and milestones we experienced in 2014 has secured us with the ability to raise capital through a public forum in order for significant investment to be secured for the development of Version 2 of our software. Based on this, for those that are interested in a private investment opportunity, now is the time! Over the past year SMASH forged strategic partnerships, solidified notable enterprise clients and strengthened our infrastructure to meet the needs of our much anticipated growth over the next 12 months. We are thrilled to report that many of the enterprise clients established in the fourth quarter of 2014 are so massive, that just one alone, when complete- ly rolled out and integrated, is large enough to cover the current burn rate and move the company into profitability ahead of previous forecasts! As it ended up, the integration of these large Enterprise clients required unforeseen preparations on the part of the clients. As a result, last December we experienced unexpected delays that set us back about 60 days, however, that afforded us the opportunity to focus our efforts on core “premier”products which we began rolling out in January 2015.

We are so excited to ring in the new year!

The achievements and milestones we experienced in 2014 has secured us with the ability to raise capital

through a public forum in order for significant investment to be secured for the development

of Version 2 of our software. Based on this, for those that are interested in a private

investment opportunity, now is the time!

Over the past year SMASH forged strategic partnerships, solidified

notable enterprise clients and strengthened our infrastructure to meet the needs of our

much anticipated growth over the next 12 months. We are thrilled to report

that many of the enterprise clients established in the fourth quarter

At the top of our priority list is to consistently communicate with our current and potential investors. We’re grateful for your commitment and faith in our company. One of our greatest successes of last year was the launch of the SMASH Booster Bar View Video . As you are aware, the Booster Bar is an automated SEO boosting tool that increases web traffic, page rankings and overall online visibility for any website. Thanks to an overwhelming amount of supporting data and happy clients, we’ve repackaged the Booster Bar to include updated analytics that our Booster Bar patrons can access anytime. These analytics are updated every four hours and report how many views, auto loads and clicks are delivered to a website via the Booster Bar. We’re proud to say that thanks to trackable, dramatic improvement the Booster Bar has on our client websites, we sit at a 99% retention rate of Booster Sales!

The new analytics are designed to help illustrate to our clients the benefit they are getting from the Booster Bar. In order to ensure our trial participants are actively keeping track of their results, we have created an email campaign that is designed to nurture our trial members throughout their Booster Bar journey and convert them into clients by the end of the two weeks. Throughout the 2 week trial we also inform them of other services SMASH offers that aid in further automating their SEO boost and supports the trial concluding in a sale.

03 Rev Up SEO Results With The SMASH Booster Bar

To further capitalize on that momentum the Booster Bar is experiencing, and to capture potential clients that find themselves still on-the-fence with the decision to move forward with the technology , we’ve introduced the Booster Bar free two week trial. This two week trial is designed to give new users the Booster experience while providing them with analytics that show just how much progress they make in only 14 days. It’s our experience so far, that customers rarely choose not to continue with the Booster Bar once they’ve witnessed its effective and accelerated results. In these two weeks, trial members have full access to daily analytics so they can track the progress for themselves!

05 We’re Magnetic! Just Ask Our Clients!

IN SUMMARY, SOME OF THE ITEMS AND TOOLS WE ARE LAUNCHING INCLUDE:Numerous Booster Bar website landing pages highlighting the free trial offer. •••The Booster Bar Logged in Free Trial Manager. This allows anyone who has a SMASH account to log into their back office and start the free trial. •••Back office invitation tool. This tool makes it possible for SMASH Resellers to invite their contacts to start the free trial. •••Access to daily Booster Bar analytics (as discussed above). These analytics provide trial members (and Booster clients) a birdseye view into the benefits and daily results the Booster Bar provides any website. •••Email Campaign to nurture and communicate and remind trial members to check their daily Booster analytics. They’ll also receive emails explaining the importance of social media and web content and

it’s positive effects on the Booster’s functionality. These emails will include upsell suggestions, such as SMASH Social packages. In addition, the six spheres of SEO and reactive content’s role within these six spheres will be explained during the upsell process. Each package has an immediate effect on the Booster’s results and these emails explain in detail how this works. •••Metadata email campaign. This short series of emails explains the importance of website optimization, how it relates to the effectiveness of the Booster Bar, followed by an upsell to our web doctor service. •••Clients are provided with more information on how the SMASH Social and Web Doctor services provide the client with a supercharged Booster Bar experience. These services will provide SMASH with various new and expanded profit centers.

ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION OVERVIEWAlthough our many of our larger client integrations have been delayed a few weeks while our clients establish internal foundations in preparation for the SMASH rollout, we’re excitedly anticipating what lies ahead in the first quarter of 2015. As we mentioned in the beginning of our report, just one completed rollout of one of the largest pending enterprise integrations will cover the existing SMASH burn rate. We have listed a few examples below:

UNDISCLOSED ENTERPRISE CLIENTOne of our most exciting announcements to date is that one of our valued enterprise clients (due to contractual restraints we cannot disclose their name) has been awarded a monumental contract grant that specifically calls for the SMASH Booster Bar being funded for more than 5000 clients in phase 1 alone. This remarkable contract will begin fulfillment in February of 2015! At $99 per funded user, this represents a truly incredible win for SMASH!

SOCIAL5In our last newsletter we updated you about our recent social media enterprise client, Social 5. Impressively, Social 5 boasts nearly 8,000 clients and thanks to the significant number of these clients looking for a corporate SEO solution, Social 5 will begin offering white label Booster Bar free trials to the large number of their existing clients. This roll out will begin in January 2015. Needless to say, this win represents another very lucrative profit center for SMASH. With SEO and Social Media being such a natural fit, we’re excited for what our relationship with Social 5 will develop into as both companies continue to grow in 2015.

Dubli Cashback StoreLike everybody who loves cashback solutions, we’re eagerly anticipating the SMASH-Dubli integration. The Dubli API delay is scheduled to last only 3-4 weeks, at which time SMASH can begin offering the world-renowned cashback loyalty program and income solution to all of our clients.This enterprise client probably represents the largest opportunity for SMASH of them all.

White Label SEO ClientsThanks to the overwhelming success of The Booster Bar and the buzz it’s creating, we’ve had the privilege of signing on multiple exciting SEO clients who have decided to take their partnership with SMASH one step further and become valued white label Booster Bar partners. This means they can sell The Booster Bar as one of their own products at their own price point! We’re excited to welcome Avant 8, SEO Game, 3 Prime, Your Profit Web, Luna Webs, England Internet Solutions, Allyn Schlauder, Scott Schwab, Russ Warner, John Williams and the Easy Site Group as valued white label clients.

Due to all this exciting growth, we’re experiencing the need for stabilization and our teams are working as fast as we can to settle all items that need to be completed in order to effectively stabilize and manage our rapid expansion.

2KonnectAs we previously mentioned in our last newsletter, 2Konnect is a significant enterprise client that is currently preparing to launch SMASH to more than 200,000 of its members starting in February.

TO OUR VALUED INVESTORSAs we move forward with our plans to secure funding for the SMASH version 2 rollout, we’ve worked with both established investors that have been with us since the beginning, and new investors who have recently joined us on this remarkable journey. Our gratitude for your support is overwhelming. As we stand today, having secured the funding required to begin the development of Version 2, we’re now seeking out specific investor relationships that can offer supplemental skillsets that we are in need of, to further stoke the momentum of SMASH.

The areas in which we’re looking to expand and enhance include: Programming - We are looking to expand our programming team to keep up the rapidly growing demands on this department for Booster installation, website coding and development and the series of programming needs that must be met with every new launch.

Testing - Critical to the overall quality of the product we deliver, we are in need of experienced testers who can thoroughly detect bugs and other functionality issues while locating the origin of the malfunction.

Customer Ser vice - We’ve created a lot of new buzz and excitement from our audience in the last few months and these demands have far outnumbered the customer service team we have in place. We are looking to expand this department significantly in the next number of months.

A FINAL NOTE

As we move forward into 2015, one of our main resolutions is to consistently and comprehensively update our investors. We want to thank all of you who attended our first annual investor’s call and offered your support and insight and knowledge.

Every January we hear this familiar saying “new year, new you.” It’s meant as a positive statement - we throw out the old, work on the new and improve ourselves along the way.But if there’s one thing I’ve learned while developing SMASH, it’s that every year builds on the next - each 365 day period is simply a complement to the following, and to the last. There are lessons to be drawn, successes and challenges of each year - but thinking in the terms of “old vs new” simply robs us of the journey we’re already on. In my experience, it’s perseverance that wins every revolution.

As a young man I quickly learned a powerful message, “The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person making it happen.” I realized at the beginning of this journey that we would meet obstacles and yet, overcome them. As a team, we hold steadfast to our commitment of bringing SMASH to millions of users - regardless of what challenges we encounter along the way.

This year for SMASH, it is my sincerest wish that we don’t throw out the “old” while ushering in the “new”, but that we take every part of what we’ve learned, invested and succeeded with and apply that to the best versions of our-selves, companies and careers.
