We have 25 Commercial Brokers involved in the sale and leasing of commercial properties. FROM WETLAND STUDY“The National Wetland Inventory (NWI) mapping tool indicates one freshwater wetland (palustrine, emergent, persistent, temporary flooded; see Figure 4) as covering nearly the entirety of the site. ELS’ findings are generally consistent with the NWI mapping as two Category III, emergent, depressional wetlands were observed onsite, though they cover less area than the mapped wetland and are located in the central southern portion of the site. Test plots taken within Wetland B and the northern portion of Wetland A contained marginal wetland indicators. ELS recommends reassessing the site after the dry summer season in order to confirm the presence of wetlands in those areas. Wetlands A and B had moderate habitat scores (6 points and 5 points on the Rating System respectively; see attached wetland rating forms) 20.740.140-5).” - WETLANDS STUDY
