Problems

The major problem that I ran into is trying to get the ball rolling on producing the needed CD’s. Troy Hinckley was the person listed responsible for producing the CD’s. However, he switched responsibility to the Media Services Lab. However, he didn’t provide any materials to produce the CD’s. In speaking with the Media Services Lab they pointed me to Denise Green. She is the Office Assistant for the Music department. She has been my link to Troy Hinckley. You can get the information you need from Troy Hinckley faster through Denise Green then you can trying to contact Troy Hinckley on your own. Denise Green directed me to LaNae Pulter who has all the images for all campus productions. Who gave me the material I needed to produce more CD’s. Once I had the images I needed, LaNae Pulter directed me to Brian Carter who physically made the copies of the CD’s I needed.
