• This Project describes implementation of Inventory Management System• Visual Basic 6.0 (VB 6) as Front-End

& Ms Access(database) as Back-End. This Inventory Management• System allows admin to keep the

track of Product information, Customer Information, Supplier Information• Available Inventor & Relationships

between them.

• To reduce the paper work• To calculate automatic total price along with its

V.A.T.• To check availability of the product and automatic

reduce the sold units from the total available units• Admin is allowed to enter into system and then

add / delete / modify information related to Product.• To allow new customer to register his/her under

this system and buy own.

Admin can add product as well as the supplier of it.

Admin can modify product details as well as can delete a product also.

If the product supplier come with new supply of the product they can change total available item of that product also, they can change unit rate of the product also.

User can login to buy a product or many according to availability of that product

A new user can register himself using the registration procedure by his own

compatible pointing device. Video adapter and monitor with Super VGA (800 x 600) or

higher resolution

Drawbacks of the Project Inventory control system may be mitigated by bulk loading

of part data into the Ms Access database. It can be User in only in a Single Computer Multi-User in a offline Network or on a Online Network

• Bar Code Reader can be added in future to buy product by Scanning the bar Code• It can be used by Multi-User in a Network by developing the project by VB.NET• Some amount of discount in Some Special Purchase can be added in this Project
