immobiliari • Obiettivo è una stima semplificata, che possa essere applicata a
grande scala, basandosi sui dati di base e disponibili pubblicamente – Footprints, heights, construction periods…

L’obiettivo… • Fornire strumenti di monitoraggio, stima e pianificazione per gli
amministratori pubblici relativi al consumo energetico di edifici
residenziali su scala cittadina.
In tutta Europa i certificati
energetici riguardano una
piccola fetta dello stock edilizio.
In Italia, nel 2014, solo il 6% delle
unità immobiliari aveva un APE
