Summer Training - Laker Performance
1. Most important aspect of Player Development
2. Monday to Thursday- 9th Grade – 7:30 am to 9:30 am- 10th Grade – 8:30 am to 10:30 am- Varsity – 8:30 am to 10:30 am
3. Attendance Policy – Starts June 15th
4. Training Highlights- Daily lifting – 2 days explosive lifts, 2 days core/Strength Days- Daily Speed, Agility, Core and Conditioning
5. Registration- Located at priorlakefootball.com- Cost of the Program is: $125 for the summer ($150 AFTER June 12th)
Varsity Summer Camps - SMSU
Dates: Thurs. – June 25th to Saturday – June 27th Depart: Thursday, June 25th – Leave Prior Lake at 9:00 am
Return: Saturday, June 27th – 4:00 pm
Camp Cost: $230.00 - Cost will include the three day Team Camp - Transportation, Lodging, Facilities, and most Meals.
Cost will also include Team Camp #2 for Varsity players- July 21, 22, 23rd @PLHS 10:30 – 12:30
Varsity Equipment Hand-out
When: - Wednesday, June 17th at 10:30
Players will receive: - Shoulder Pads and Helmet
*Player Equipment orders will be received at home by June 19th
Please include: - $300 deposit for equipment (to: PLHS and NOT CASHED)
- A separate $10.00 fee (TD Club) - use schools equipment over the summer
- Players WILL NOT receive equipment without the deposit check
***All issued equipment will be the responsibility of the player ***
9th/10th Grade Summer Football Camp
Dates: Monday - June 22nd , Tuesday – June 23rd , Wednesday – June 24th
Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm
Cost: $100
Day One – NO PADS (just cleats, shorts and wear their white practice jersey)
*Equipment Hand-out at 1:00 after Day One
Day Two and Three - Shoulder pads and helmet
*10th graders invite to SW Varsity Team Camp – Based on performance and need
9th/10th Grade Equipment Hand-out
When: - Monday, June 22nd – 1:00 after day one of camp.
Players will receive: - Shoulder Pads and Helmet. *Player Equipment orders will be received at home by June 19th
