1. Admission to higher education is based on a nation-wide Student Selection Examination (ÖSS). The examination is held once a year and is administered by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).

2. Higher education; a duration of at least two years.

3. University; four-years education offering bachelor's level programs,

4. Master's programs; coordinated by universities schools. Master's programs are specified as programs "with thesis" or "without thesis".

5. Doctorate programs (PhD); requires a master’s degree, unless the students’ performance at Bachelor’s degree is evaluated as exceptionally well. Doctoral programs have a duration of a minimum of four years.

Some deficiencies in adult education as follows;

1. The period of determination of capabilities by considering labour market for students in adult education is limited.

2. Most poor qualified workers are employed in sectors long time period (12-14 h/day) and wages are lower. Therefore, it very difficult for them attending day time education and paying of course fees.

3. The certificate of professional for open the new store and employing the workers is obtained by vocational training centers, but this is not required by local authorities.

4. The immigrants residented in Adana City are mostly originated by East and Southern part of Anatolia. Due to the their originally social structures, employing of women in outside and attending the such courses are not mostly recommended.

5. Most courses are not efficient by obtaining the new jobs. The courses have some disadvantages. These are; poor trainers and laboratory devices, using the old teaching methods, deficiency in student motivation.

6. Poor coordination between course organizers (Universities, Educational Authorities, private sectors etc.).

Some Possible risks of unemloyed immigrants1. Increase in criminal (burglary in general) and child

workers.2. Lower life style and resident in decrepit areas.3. Classification of people in terms of their income.4. Lower social status of women in such regions.5. Insufficient food consume and decrease in healthy

person.6. Addiction in the drugs (hashish, cocaine, morphine etc.)

• The aim of association is firstly informing of people in rural areas • Trainers in this association have the great capability of using

Integrated Culture and Tolerance (ICT). Therefore, education period is very short.

• After the present project, efficiency will be improved by using new communication technologies.

• The deficiencies of immigrant students in integration will be determined by using the questionnaires and these will be also listed

• Traditional training method is using for ICT, but we would like to use more effective methods in training period.
