IRS qualified plan• Over $300M of assets• Over 6,000 participants
The Plan’s Recordkeeper (the company that tracks participant balances, receives and executes participant decisions, receives employee funds, etc.) is ACS HR Solutions
Savings and Investment Plan (SIP) Facts
Slide 3
401(k) plans allow participants to designate a percentage of their weekly wages (called a “deferral”) to be placed in investment funds of their choice• The deferral does not count towards the current
year’s taxable income– The original deferrals and any investment income earned are
only taxable when withdrawn– There are penalties for early withdrawal
• Deferrals are invested according to the participants instructions– If no instructions are provided the deferral will be placed in a
default investment fund

SIP Contributions Categories
1. Deferral- You choose to contribute between 1% – 30% of eligible compensation, pre-tax, from your weekly paycheck
2. Company Match- The Company matches your contributions dollar for dollar on the first 2% you contribute, and 50 cents on the dollar for up to the next 4%
Example:If you save this much… Vought Matches this
much…And you receive this much..
The first 2% of pay you save
100% ($1 for each $1) If you save 2% you receive 2% from Vought
The next 4% of pay you save
50% ($0.50 for each $1) If you save another 4% you get an additional 2%

3. Retirement Contribution Account (RCA) -• If you have a frozen pension (less than 16 years of
seniority or were hired after September 2008), you will automatically receive from the Company each week either $45 or 3% of your eligible compensation (whichever is greater) into the RCA -- regardless of whether or not you choose to contribute any of your earned wages

Basic Investment Principles
Diversification - By placing your savings in more than one investment fund, you can lower the impact that periodic losses from any one investment option may have on your overall account balance. Spreading your investments across several different funds with different risk characteristics is called “diversifying” your account.
Dollar Cost Averaging - When you invest a fixed amount in investment funds on a regular basis, you tend to buy more units of the funds when prices are low and fewer units when prices are high. This way, the price of the units you buy averages out over time, regardless of what happens in the investment market.

Basic Investment Principles
Compounding - Any investment earnings are reinvested and may also generate earnings.

• Schwab Personal Choice – Access through Schwab to thousands of publicly traded no-load mutual funds

Getting Started
You are already automatically enrolled to defer at 3% per pay period beginning with the first paycheck in July. To opt out you must make an election to do so by 6/24/09• If you choose to opt out of contributing, we have provided a one
time manual form to do so.
Your match will automatically occur each pay period in which you have a SIP payroll deduction.
If you are eligible for the RCA contributions (less than 16 years of seniority), it will be made automatically each week you receive eligible pay beginning with the first paycheck in July regardless of whether or not you elect to defer.
