• Over 15 years’ experience in UKCS and International Sectors with operator, main contractor, service and SME communities.

• Comprehensive experience of supplier qualification schemes including IOGP 423 Contractor HSE Capability Assessment.

• Development of business risk registers, risk based audit programmes and contractor management training materials.

• Strong understanding of Safety Case Regime and Major Accident Hazard considerations; HAZID and HAZOP facilitation.

• Experience of engagement and facilitation at all levels within an organisation (board level through to workforce engagement).

Jamie Searle

• HSEQ professional with over 8 years’ oil and gas industry experience, UK and Internationally.

• Experienced in engineering and fabrication and drilling and well control sectors.

• A competent auditor who has the capability and experience of leading audit teams globally.

• In-depth technical knowledge of management system standards as well as incident investigation and root cause analysis.

• Comprehensive background in managing and leading project teams in both oil and gas operators and SMEs.

Robert Shand

• Over 10 years’ experience in HSEQ and Operational Management roles in the UK and Internationally.

• Strong focus in both QA and QC requirements, in particular Fabrication and Inspection activities.

• Competent lead auditor and experienced incident investigator including use of technical such as Tap Root and Kelvin Top Set.

• Experienced HSEQ trainer as well the development of training materials and best practice work instructions.

• Experience of applying LEAN methodology and CDM Principal Contractor requirements.

Andy Brodie

• Head of Resourcing and Recruitment function within Quensh.

Daniel Griffiths

• Experienced in the development and delivery of HSEQ-related training provision, including e-learning.

Tim Worth

• A HSEQ professional with 13 years’ experience of leading HSE & Operational crews.

• Experienced in offshore operations, including well intervention and drilling.

• Involved in enhancing safety performance and workforce engagement both in the UKCS and Internationally with a view to achieving incident-free operating environments.
